In this exercise we were asked to draw an image of a building from a corner angle and take time getting the right angles throughout and extend our lines to show the direction of the angle. I wanted to use an image I had taken of a small country house in the lakes which is open for walkers, I found this picture I had taken a good option as it shows the house on an angle.
Below is a picture of my result, I tried to show the lines and angles I created on the house throughout yet I’m not used to drawing architecture so a lot of this was new to me. I do think I got the right angle and you can see the side of the house is a different direction.

I only did this drawing using lines and used a ruler in some parts, I didn’t add shading as I thought it would show the angles of the building and the structure throughout. I do think I got the angles fairly accurate and you can tell the corner of the building. If I was to re do this piece I would like to do a city building and add tones and shading to make a more detailed final piece as a whole.
All in all, I think I did show the different angles in this piece and I wanted to show that more by drawing the lines across. I do think if I was to do this piece again I would do a different style of building and spend more time shading in and getting a detailed piece as well as having lines to show the direction of the angles.
